Globales Hoteles is a well-established hotelier chain committed to delivering a great variety of hospitality experiences across multiple destinations. In partnership with Bold Atelier Branding, I contributed to a strategic project aimed at redefining and strengthening the brand’s digital presence—particularly across social media channels. The goal was to bring clarity, cohesion, and purpose to a growing brand with a broad and diverse offering.

(03) Objective
To define and structure Globales Hoteles’ brand identity and social media strategy for improved visibility, alignment, and operational flow across platforms and types of hotel lines.
(04) Solution
As a digital marketing consultant, I played a key role in shaping the brand’s identity on social media by refining its values, personality, and overall value proposition on hands with Bold Atelier Branding. I assessed existing visual and verbal assets, streamlined the brand architecture, and ensured consistency across touchpoints.
On the strategic side, I helped prioritize efforts by identifying core products, relevant accounts, and key business objectives. I also led the coordination between agency and client teams, establishing clear workflows, designated contact points, and a calendar of deliverables.
Additionally, I introduced an optimized methodology for meetings and project tracking, audited existing tools and platforms, and curated creative references to inspire and guide the design process.

This project marked a turning point in how Globales Hoteles approaches its digital communication. My contribution was key in laying down the strategic foundation for the brand’s social media presence, from refining its voice and identity to structuring its digital priorities.
By streamlining workflows, aligning cross-functional teams, and introducing a clear methodology for execution, I ensured smoother collaboration between the client and agency.
My proactive role in organizing processes, identifying brand opportunities, and guiding social media strategies helped the brand gain clarity, efficiency, and consistency—positioning Globales Hoteles for long-term digital growth and deeper audience engagement.
